Choose a result format and download
- Expand Result format beside the attachment control in AI consultation. Choose Text, PDF, Word, CSV or Markdown; the menu folds and shows the selection.
- Describe the purpose, audience, structure and evidence, then send. For example: create a Word meeting-preparation memo from the cited sources.
- Download the generated file below the completed answer. Pending, running and failed requests are not completed downloads. Check the reason and allowance before retrying.
- Limits are one file per answer, 8 MB per file and 40,000 generated characters. Complex layouts and perfect formatting are not guaranteed. Review citations, numbers and tables.
Input attachments versus generated files
- Attached inputs are evidence; files produced through Result format are AI outputs. They do not overwrite the input originals.
- Generated files follow the consultation's audience. Private consultations are private by default, and shared readers still require current access.
- Generated files are not automatically copied to lab Drive, and ChatGPT files are not automatically saved in LUNA. Download what you need and use authorized material registration.
- LUNA does not offer separate paid-API image generation. ChatGPT image/file tools are separate and depend on that account's features and limits.
