Use the small share icon
- Click the small share icon on a report, material, grant or project page.
- Copy link copies the URL; Copy title and link adds a citation-friendly title. Shared links preserve the current interface language (lang=EN or lang=KO). Paste into KakaoTalk, SMS or Slack and send it yourself.
- Share to another app opens the device share sheet in supported browsers. Available apps depend on the device and installation. Use link copying when unavailable.
- Sharing grants no access: the recipient still needs login and scope membership. Document bodies and search filters are not automatically transmitted. Use Share to channel for internal messaging, as described below.
Share a chat message to another app
- Press Share on a message to review the sender, content, direct link and LUNA reply guidance. Sharing uses the displayed translation, or the original when viewing the original; Show with original includes both. If the source or access changes, reopen the message and check its translation before sharing.
- Share to an app opens the supported device share screen. Choose an available app, then its conversation and send action. Available apps and target selection depend on your desktop/mobile device and installed apps.
- If prompted, press Open app chooser once more. Use Copy text and paste for unsupported browsers or apps absent from the share screen.
- Closing the dialog clears prepared content. The link grants no access; handing content to the share screen does not confirm delivery.
Share to a channel with mentions and citations
- Choose Share to channel and select a channel you may access and message.
- Explain why you are sharing it. Type @ and select a suggested researcher, or type [[ and select a document citation.
- Review the destination and link, then send. Channel membership does not automatically grant access to the linked source.
- Verify the link and note in the conversation. If a recipient cannot open the source, check their scope participation and source sharing.
When mobile app sharing or copying is unavailable
- Open message sharing and review the channel, sender, time, body and direct link. Share to app opens the device share sheet; choose the recipient app there.
- Sharing uses the displayed translation or original; Show with original includes both. If the source or access changes, reopen the message and check its translation.
- Copy text copies that shared text. Check the pasted result in the destination app. Original links still require the recipient's LUNA access.
- If browser sharing/clipboard support or permission is unavailable, read the fallback guidance. Select and copy from the text box or try a supported browser.
- Closing/cancelling the share sheet is not successful delivery. Complete sending in the chosen app and check the result. The platform does not automatically choose a recipient conversation.
