1. Prepare a publication collection

  1. Create a Zotero collection containing only publications you authored and sync it online. Keep it separate from a general reading collection.
  2. In web Zotero, identify personal versus group library, its numeric ID and the collection key. The collection name is not its key.
  3. Private libraries need a read API key with access to that library. Enter it only in LUNA's secret field. Expand the publication connection guide on the settings page for ID examples.

2. Connect it to your profile

  1. Use the connection button in Publications on your own profile, or open https://lunalab-ai.com/workspace/publications/settings/
  2. Enter library type, numeric ID and publication collection key. Enter an API key only when replacing it.
  3. Confirm that the collection contains your authored publications and enable display on your profile and in lab publications, then save.
  4. Check connection status and the daily refresh result. Review your profile list and the lab bibliography on Overview. Saving does not guarantee immediate collection.
  5. DOI or normalized title/author/year matches merge duplicates. Check those fields in Zotero if a paper is duplicated or editions are merged unexpectedly. Disable the display option to stop showing the collection.
