1. Save favorite pages
- While signed in, select ☆ near a material, report, grant, project, researcher or conversation title. ★ means saved; select again to remove it.
- Open Profile → Favorites. Basic search covers titles and accessible material/report content. Advanced search selects grants, projects and researchers; enter tags separated by commas. Choose a type, added dates and ordering as needed.
- Remove favorite only removes the bookmark. The source stays intact. Revoked pages hide their titles and can still be removed. Favorites are personal settings and are excluded from lab research-data Drive backups.
2. Restore or permanently delete
- Open Profile → Settings → Trash. You can act on items you created or currently manage within your authority. Search by title or type.
- Restore removes the app deletion flag. Restore a deleted parent grant/project first. Separately deleted children require individual review and restoration. Recheck connection credentials and automatic collection settings.
- Review permanent deletion shows dependent records and external copies. Enter your current password and confirmation. This database deletion cannot be undone. Original Drive files, historical archives and operational backups are not automatically erased.
3. Read AI activity scores
- Above Participating projects on a researcher profile, view the /100 overall score, four criterion scores, evidence coverage and update date. Profile viewers see this summary.
- Only the researcher and platform administrators can open Detailed review and criteria for qualitative observations, next steps and weights. Evidence links are filtered by current access.
- Each 0–4 score is multiplied by 25. A weighted overall score requires at least two assessable criteria. Missing evidence means unassessed, not zero. Do not directly compare scores with different coverage.
- Platform administrators open Criteria settings from the detail page to edit guidance, automatic refresh and four weights totaling 100. Existing reviews retain their original date and criteria. Eligible reviews refresh through the background runner at the configured interval, subject to AI limits. Administrators can set the evidence window to 1–365 days (default 30).
Bulk trash actions and qualitative reviews
Open Profile → Settings → Trash, select authorized items, then Restore or Permanently delete. Select All matching items to include other result pages, up to 500 items. Permanent deletion requires reviewing targets and dependencies, your current password and confirmation. Selected parent grants and projects restore first. External originals and Drive history are retained.
Only the researcher and platform administrators may open detailed AI reviews. Even without numerical scores, reviews provide qualitative observations, limitations, next steps and source links. Older reviews are dated and never treated as current scores. Only platform administrators may edit the rubric and weights.
4. Organize favorites into folders
- Open Favorites from the profile menu. Search is first; the compact folder selector offers all, unfiled and individual folders.
- Expand folder tools, enter a name and choose a parent for a subfolder, then Create folder.
- Select card checkboxes, expand Move selected, choose the destination and move. Moving to Unfiled removes folder assignment.
- Select a folder to change its name/parent. Delete folder only does not delete source documents; move child folders elsewhere first. Bookmarks in a deleted folder move to its parent, or to Unfiled when there is no parent.
- Cards show essentials such as title, type and folder. The basic list has 18 per page. Advanced searches inspect accessible bodies/metadata and can take longer for larger candidate sets.
