Graders and instructors
Open Grading in the profile menu or /workspace/grading/ with your own LUNA account. The instructor assigns an exact login ID, questions and students. Read answers, solutions and rubrics alongside scoring. Public feedback and internal notes remain separate; instructor review, corrections and final versions retain their history.
Files, security and costs
An approved final snapshot produces a SmartClass XLS and individual PDFs. File creation does not prove LMS delivery; verify the saved LMS result. Reports require an explicit account mapping and instructor release. Never distribute a shared attachment containing all reports. Every request checks current authority; CSRF, revisions, replay protection and finalization locks remain enforced. Records follow encrypted off-server database backups, recoverable through the last verified checkpoint. Grading invokes no AI and incurs no AI usage charge.
Fast question navigation
Use Save and next question or Ctrl+Enter (Command+Enter on Mac). After a successful save, focus moves to the first criterion of the next assigned question; the last question continues to the next student in the current order. Open the question number to see this student's assigned entry/review-request statuses and jump directly. Same question · next student retains the question. Missing input, failed saves and conflicts retain the current input and stop navigation. Entered status does not mean instructor review or final approval.
Review, backup and delivery
Sort by name, student ID, score or request count; filter to students and questions needing instructor review. Download individual final PDFs or a complete PDF/XLS ZIP. Full instructor backups also contain keys, internal notes, assignments and history and must never be shared with students. Encrypted Drive checkpoints and course-specific PC sync preserve data through the last verified timestamp. Codex delivery verifies the latest final snapshot, course and individual recipient, then checks the saved SmartClass result; authentication and uncertain outcomes pause delivery.
